3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our Shopify store.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Pakistan only.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • We do not guarantee delivery timelines in cases of courier delays or unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product, provided you share a valid unboxing video.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee is charged.
  • Refunds are processed to the account details provided by the customer within 3–5 working days after the return is approved.
  • Exchanges are not allowed.
