Returns

  • A complete unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is required to validate your return request.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and with all packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the bank/account details provided by you.
  • Refunds take 3–5 working days to reflect after approval.
  • We do not charge any restocking fee.

Exchanges
