Returns & Refunds
At Yemini Khalta, we value your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are natural consumables, we follow a strict but fair return policy to ensure safety and authenticity.
Returns
- You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- A complete unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is required to validate your return request.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and with all packaging intact.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the bank/account details provided by you.
- Refunds take 3–5 working days to reflect after approval.
- We do not charge any restocking fee.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer product exchanges.

Important Notes
- Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Failure to provide an unboxing video will result in the return being declined.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not reported in the unboxing video.
